Bosch Part 6

Contractor Correspondence — “Clarification Requested”

Bosch Institute for Consciousness Studies Experiential Cognition Initiative External Communication — Tier B Vendor Channel

From: Elias R. Kincannon Senior Liaison, Halcyon Field Services (Independent Contractor)

To: Dr. H. V. Bosch Director, Experiential Cognition Initiative

Date: 2 April

Subject: Clarification Requested — Phase II Parameters

I. Opening Remarks

Dr. Bosch,

Thank you for forwarding the Phase II preparatory materials. Our team has reviewed the documentation provided, including the intake protocols, the phenomenological summaries, and the preliminary data overlays. We appreciate the clarity of your vision and the precision of your methodology.

However, before Halcyon Field Services can proceed with logistical support, we require clarification on several points that remain ambiguous in the current documentation.

II. Convergence of Subject Reports

Our analysts noted the remarkable consistency across Tier I experiencer accounts. While we understand that your research focuses on perceptual coherence, the degree of uniformity raises questions regarding:

  • environmental standardization

  • induction conditions

  • subject selection criteria

  • potential priming effects

We are not questioning the validity of your findings. We are requesting operational clarity.

Specifically: Is the convergence expected, or is it emergent?

This distinction affects our risk assessment.

III. The Figure

Several case files reference a “figure” positioned at the foot of the bed. The descriptions are strikingly similar across subjects, including:

  • height

  • proportions

  • spatial placement

  • disappearance timing

We request confirmation that:

  1. No visual stimuli are being introduced

  2. No environmental cues are being standardized

  3. No guided imagery is being used during intake

  4. No shared narrative frameworks are being provided

Our compliance division requires assurance that the figure is a spontaneous phenomenological artifact rather than an induced perceptual construct.

If it is induced, we must update our classification.

If it is spontaneous, we must update our liability posture.

IV. The Collapse / Snap Phenomenon

The moment of motor-sensory synchrony followed by disappearance appears in every case file. This is unusual.

We request clarification on:

  • whether this synchrony is anticipated

  • whether it is considered part of the protocol

  • whether it represents a known neurological mechanism

  • whether it poses any risk to subjects

Our medical consultants flagged this as “anomalous but non-threatening,” but they require your confirmation.

V. Phase II Scaling Concerns

Before we commit personnel to Phase II recruitment and site preparation, we need to understand:

  • the expected variance in phenomenological outcomes

  • whether uniformity is a desired metric

  • whether divergence is considered failure

  • whether subjects should be informed of potential perceptual events

Our team can manage logistics, but we cannot manage ambiguity.

VI. Closing Request

Dr. Bosch, we respect your work and remain committed to supporting the Initiative. However, the consistency of the Tier I reports necessitates clarification before we proceed.

Please provide:

  • a written explanation of the convergence

  • a statement on the nature of the figure

  • a risk assessment for the collapse phenomenon

  • updated Phase II parameters

Once we receive your response, we will finalize our deployment schedule.

Respectfully,

Elias R. Kincannon Senior Liaison Halcyon Field Services

The Defense Contractor alluded to is one of the major providers of intelligence services in the World. The hesitance apparent seems based on the usual professional suspicion too much synchronicity or similitude in subject narratives suggests poisoning the well.
